Jen Williams International is an online consulting firm specializing in business and nonprofit startups.  We provide formation services, IRS 501C3 tax-exempt status assistance, personal mentoring for business empowerment and online classes.

Current Volunteer Opportunity:

We are seeking dedicated Virtual Volunteer Social Media Assistants (VVSMAs) to join our team.  This role is ideal for individuals looking to fulfill educational credits or court-ordered community service requirements while gaining valuable experience in the fields of business consulting, content creation, data analysis, and social media marketing and management. 

As a VVSMA, you will work closely with our team remotely to support various aspects of our consulting projects and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • MOTIVATION, DEDICATION AND DEPENDABILITY!

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in content creation and editing.

  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing principles.

  • Knowledge of video and podcast creation

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

  • Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to the success of our consulting firm.

Content Creator

  • Assist in the creation of blog posts, articles, and educational resources related to business and nonprofit consulting topics.

  • Research industry trends and best practices to contribute to content development.

  • Proofread and edit written materials for clarity and accuracy.

Digital social media

Social Media
Marketing and Managment

  • Manage and schedule social media content across our many platforms.

  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages.

  • Assist in creating and implementing social media campaigns to promote our services and educational content.

Market Analysis

Research & Data Analysis

  • Collect and analyze data related to client projects and industry research.

  • Prepare data visualizations, reports, and presentations to communicate findings.

  • Assist in identifying trends, insights, and recommendations based on data analysis.
