No Liability: Assistance provided is for guidance only. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or issues arising from the advice, software use, or actions taken during or after the session.

Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and will not record or retain any information without your permission.

Screen Sharing Consent: By participating in a session, you consent to screen sharing for assistance purposes. You may end the session at any time if you feel uncomfortable.

Independent Responsibility: You are responsible for any actions you take during or following the session. Our guidance does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

Limitations: We cannot guarantee complete resolution of all issues. Assistance is limited to general computer use, software guidance, and filling out forms.

Sessions are $50/hour with a one hour minimum. Advance payment is required. We only accept Debit (Cash App & Zelle) and all major Credit Cards.
